In our constant endeavor to provide you with the highest level of quality and service, I'd like to introduce you to some of the new features that we think you'll probably want to be made aware of with the latest update.
It's the most significant upgrade we have ever done. Here's the list of highlights.
Breaking out of voicemail:
The main one that you've been asking for and is now implemented is the ability to now break out of the voicemail greeting.
Extension virtualization:
In addition, we now offer extension virtualization. By virtualization, an extension can be moved to a phone currently attached to a different extension.
Voicemail to Text Transcription:
An important new service we now offer is 'Voicemail to Text Transcription' with extremely high accuracy and would be a great in the medical industry. As a long term customer we'd like to offer you a free trial so you can see how this would benefit you.
Amernet QOS:
As a reminder, one of the reasons that differentiates us from other VoIP providers is our ability to apply packet prioritization. Our appliance dynamically adjusts traffic according to the type as to maximize your voice service as top priority and then queue other services as secondary. Completely Cloud-based:
