PBX Side

1) Get the Mac address of the phone that will be autoconfigured

2) Go to tenant's account in the pbx system

3) Make sure the extension has been created

4) To associate the extension to the phone please go under Tools>>Auto-Provisioning

5) Click on the "Add Managed Phone Button"

6) Put in the Mac address of the phone, description, and phone model.Usually it is the Polycom 550/560 from the pulldown menu.

7) Click on the "Add Button"

8) Select "All Buttons" in the button field, On the registration line select the extension that you want to provision from the pull down menu.

For the Polycom phone 550/560

Polycom 550 Setup

1. Power up the phone.

2. Press setup

3. Passcode is 456, then press ok

4. Select Server Menu

5. Select "http" as the server type

6. Current Server address is 209.21.91.29

7. Press exit and then for the exit option select Save & Reboot

Restart phone and it will auto provision from the PBX system.

3. Goto settings

4. Goto advance

5. Passcode is 456, then goto enter

6. Goto admin settings

7. Goto Network Configuration

8. Scroll down list and select Server Menu

9. Select "http" as the server type

10. Current Server address is 209.21.91.29

Restart phone and it will auto provision from the PBX system.
